At Cosmetie F, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer clear return conditions in compliance with European legislation.
🕐 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.
✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Products unopened and unused
• Original packaging intact and sealed
• Labels and protective films present
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
⚠️ Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned if they have been unsealed, opened, or used.
📦 Return Procedure
Step 1: Contact us via our contact form or by email at foziachardipro@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the product(s) concerned.
Step 2: We will confirm the acceptance of your request and provide you with return instructions.
Step 3: Send back the product(s) in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice.
⚠️ Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
💰 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
💳 Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days to your original payment method.
Refunded amount: Product price + initial shipping costs (if the entire order is returned). Return shipping costs remain at your expense.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Cosmetic products unsealed, opened, or used
• Personal care products for hygiene reasons
• Beauty devices used or damaged
• Promotional or sale items (unless defective)
• Gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish for another product, we invite you to:
1. Return the original product for a refund
2. Place a new order for the desired item
⚠️ Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
• Contact us immediately with photos
• We will cover the return shipping costs
• You will receive a full refund or a replacement
• Refuse the package if the packaging is visibly damaged
